Experienced Estimator (Restoration)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Restoration Estimator who will play a pivotal role in our operations. The Restoration Estimator will be responsible for accurately assessing damages, estimating restoration costs, and preparing detailed estimates for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

restoration estimating, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damages and determine the scope of restoration work required.
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for restoration projects, including material and labor costs.
• Collaborate closely with Technicians, project manager/General Manager, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to generate estimates and proposals. (Xactimate)
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to restoration estimating
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding estimates and project timelines.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and other stakeholders throughout the estimation and negotiation process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restoration Estimator in the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, building materials, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools (e.g., Xactimate.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC, certifications) are a plus.
• Valid driver's license a must
